Parkville Social Housing

CED Fire Protection were engaged to carry out the dry fire protection to this 16 level social housing apartment building consisting of 151 one and two bedroom apartments, ground floor and communal space and basement carpark at a build cost of 61million.

Part of our works we installed a Ampac FIP fire indicator panel with emergency warning intercommunication system EWIS, WIP phones, smoke and heat detection was installed as well as integrating control to sprinklers, security and mechanical services.
